Shipping&Delivery Policy
Peucia understands that vases are fragile items, so we prioritize safety and timeliness during delivery to ensure every vase arrives intact and on time. Below are the detailed logistics rules:
Shipping Methods and Fees
Shipping Type: Standard Shipping, $5.99 per order, estimated delivery time within the U.S.: 5-7 business days. Key advantage: Excellent value for money, suitable for non-urgent needs. All vases come in custom shockproof packaging.
VIP Shipping, $15.99 per order, estimated delivery time within the U.S.: 2-3 business days. Key advantage: Priority shipping, suitable for urgent needs (such as holiday decorations, housewarming gifts). The packaging is upgraded to thicker, shockproof material.
Free Shipping Policy
Eligibility: Free Shipping is automatically activated for all orders within the U.S. with a total purchase amount of $39.99 or more (excluding taxes). No coupons or other additional requirements are required. Upgrade Instructions: If you qualify for free shipping but need VIP shipping, you only need to pay the difference between VIP and standard shipping (i.e., $15.99 - $5.99 = $10) to enjoy faster delivery and upgraded packaging.
Tracking and Security
Tracking: After your order is shipped, we'll immediately send a tracking email to your registered email address with a unique tracking number and a link to track the shipping company. You can check the progress of your order in two ways: log in to your Peucia account and click on the order in "My Orders"; or copy the tracking number and log in directly to the shipping company's website.
Packaging Protection: All vases are packaged in a triple-layer, shockproof packaging of bubble wrap, custom foam, and cardboard. For fragile materials like ceramics and glass, additional cushioning is added to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Exception Handling: If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of shipment, or if there is no updated shipping information for more than 48 hours, please contact us immediately at service@peucia.com. If the vase is damaged after receiving the package, please take a photo and contact customer service within 24 hours. We will resend it free of charge or issue a refund.
Special Scenario Instructions
Remote Areas: Due to the complex logistics process, delivery to remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 1-2 business days. Shipping costs will remain the same as above, and packaging and protective measures will remain unchanged. Specific delivery times are subject to the actual arrangements of the logistics provider.
Holiday Impacts: In the event of a US public holiday (such as Independence Day or after Black Friday), there may be a short-term delay in delivery. We will post a "Holiday Logistics Adjustment Notice" on our website homepage 3-5 days in advance to clearly inform you of any changes in delivery times. We recommend that you time your order accordingly to avoid delays.
