All activities between Peucia (hereinafter referred to as "we") and you (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), including browsing the Website, registering an account, selecting vases, and paying for orders, are subject to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. Once you place an order or register an account, you will be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all of these Terms.

Account Usage Rules

Registration Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of your legal guardian) to register an account on this Website. When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (such as your name, email address, and shipping address). If any information changes (such as a change of address), you must promptly update it in your account. You are solely responsible for any problems such as undelivered orders or inability to contact after-sales service due to false or outdated information.

Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your account password and must not disclose it to others or authorize others to use your account. If you discover your account has been compromised (e.g., if you did not place the order yourself), you must immediately contact service@peucia.com to have your account frozen. You will be responsible for any losses resulting from failure to notify us promptly.

Order Confirmation and Fulfillment Rules

Order Confirmation: After you submit your order and complete payment on this website, we will send you an "order confirmation email." This email merely indicates that we have received your order and does not confirm that the order has been placed. We reserve the right to review your order within 24 hours (e.g., to confirm that the vase is in stock, the delivery address is within our delivery range, and the payment is valid). Once the review is approved, the order will be considered valid. If the review is unsuccessful, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded (the time of receipt will be determined by the payment platform).

Price and Availability: The order price is based on the price displayed on this website at the time you submit your order (including the price per vase and shipping costs, but excluding taxes. Taxes are collected by the payment platform or logistics provider in accordance with local regulations). If the displayed price is incorrect due to system failure or human error (e.g., significantly lower than the normal selling price), we reserve the right to cancel the order and explain the situation to you. We are not responsible for fulfilling the order at the incorrect price. Because vase inventory fluctuates constantly, if you discover your selected style/size is out of stock after placing an order, we'll notify you immediately via email. You can choose to "Change Style" or "Cancel Order and Get a Refund."

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Before your order is finalized (but not yet approved), you can contact customer service to modify your order (e.g., change the vase size, adjust the delivery address) or cancel your order. After your order is finalized (shipping has been scheduled), modifications or cancellations are not currently available. You can return the vase after receiving it according to our Return Policy.
